It seems as though more and more mermaid novels are popping up. I’ve even heard the rumors that Stephenie Meyer is writing about them. I haven’t read many, but I always find the lore really fascinating.

I haven’t read any mermaid books yet but this one looks great! I like stories where the characters have to choose love over family or obligations. Of course, I always hope they choose love :)

I’ve been leery of reading the newest onslaught of mermaid young adult titles. However-
I really do follow the blogs and see what all of you say. I have read some so-so reviews on other mermaid titles, but this one- is the one I have read great reviews for. Therefore, I will give it a shot, whether I win or not. I really, really love the cover.
